I finally had a chance to do *another* edit on the book. I think I caught all major typos (someone point out if I didn't, please!). :) I submitted it to Amazon a little while ago, which means the "new" version should be available in 8-12 hours.
I know I've apologized ad nauseum about all of the issues, but "I'm sorry." Thanks for bearing with me.
