Nathan & Stella Drop By :)

I shared this on Facebook, but thought I'd post it here, too (as I'm not sure if everyone who visits the blog follows me on FB).  Anyway...

"Okay, so weird thing happened. I'm in the middle of Danny & Kat's story and then - BOOM - out of no where, Nathan and Stella are getting it on. Hard core. Of course, the events leading up to it involved Danny and Kat 's story - obviously - but then...yeah...wow...

Here's my issue. I've never read a book where the author had a scene like that (throwing back to characters from another book). I... know most people reading D & K's story will enjoy the glimpse into Nathan & Stella's continued story, but I'm not sure if that would be a disjointed thing to add in (all the way around).

If it *is* out of place, I thought maybe I could post it as an additional scene somewhere (maybe my blog?) - just for fun.

Thoughts?"

All FB friends wanted the scene left in, so that's what I'm going to do. :)  And I'm glad...visiting with Nathan and Stella again made me really happy.  I think fans of their story will love catching up with them, too!

I cannot wait to share it all with you guys!

Another Danny & Kat Update

Hi! Hope you had a great week!

I am happy to report that D & K are finally getting with the program. They fought it, but true love (and unbridled lust) always wins, right? ;) Of course, they aren't anywhere close to having it all figured out, but we're getting there!

They are maddening, but also a lot of fun (and emotional) to write about. I'm loving every minute with them - now that they've started to behave themselves, anyway. ;)

Can't wait to share it with you!

Dirty Danny

Well, this should not come as a shock to any of you, but, damn, Danny is a dirty, dirty boy. I've blushed more in the first quarter of this book than I did during all of "All of Me!"

I figured you guys would be happy to know our dirty boy is up to no good - and it's only gonna get worse (better?). ;)

Nathan & His Little Lady

Just wrote a scene with Nathan and Gia (in Danny and Kat's story) and cried the whole damn time.

Yeah, I know I'm a weirdo, but it's just that our boy has come so far!

I can't wait to share it with you guys!!!

Twitter

As it turns out, it's important to be on Twitter.  I fought the good fight, but I'm waving the white flag.

I have joined Twitter.

I'm still getting the hang of things, but it should prove to be an interesting experience. :)

Thanks!

Scandalicious Book Reviews Podcast Featured "All of Me!!!"

Hi, everyone!

I received a message on Facebook earlier in the week from a member of the Scandalicious Book Reviews team saying she had chosen "All of Me" as one of her Top 5 picks of the year.  Yes, I nearly fainted.  And I *did* cry.  A lot.

Anyway, they also chose "All of Me" as their Book of the Week and did a half an hour podcast on it last night.  Crazy, right?!

I just listened to it and...It. Was. Amazing.  (I made my husband listen to it first in case they said something awful - yes, I am HUGE wimp with thin skin).  But they were incredibly gracious with their praise and spot-on in their analyses (meaning I felt like they totally "got" Nathan, Stella, and the story).  It was incredible.

Here is a link to their site.  If you scroll down a little, you'll find a "play" arrow and you can listen to the podcast from there (if you're interested).  Their website is amazing, too...I highly recommend checking it out.  They are passionate romance readers who love discussing books.  Can't get much better than that. :)

And thank you, again, to all of YOU.  Your support means everything to me.  Thank you for visiting my blog and for being kind enough to read my ramblings. :)

Take 2 - Amazon Update

It is becoming rather clear that I am not technologically-gifted.  My initial post about the Amazon update was formatted strangely...much like the "new" version of "All of Me!"  So, let's try this again!

By now, any/all of you who downloaded the book have received an email from Amazon about updating to the newer version.  I downloaded it myself this morning to take a look...

The editing revisions look good, but there are still some spacing issues (between words, for example).  No matter what formatting tricks I try, it is apparent I haven't yet mastered the necessary skills.  I am contemplating returning to college to major in computer programming just so I can get the damn thing right!

My fervent hope is that it's "better," if not "perfect."  I am beyond grateful that most readers are very forgiving and that they seem to love the story, despite my format shortcomings. :)

I know these posts are boring and kind of a drag, but I appreciate you allowing me to vent.
